Please Login to Remove!

Guys I just enabled texting for my Bold online, but I cannot receive nor send text messages.. someone helppp please.

My parents did this the same time as me, and theirs is working already..

Try removing the battery for 30 seconds.

I would call your carrier, make sure the request went through without any issues.

Do you have the option to compose SMS?

If so, what happens when you send an SMS message?

And nothing happens, I try sending a text to my mom nothing happens... I tried sending myself something, and nothing.

yea it shows a check, however when i go to my message icon and click it there's nothing there it says no messages.

Sometimes features take 24-48 hours to activate. The fact that your parents phones are working properly does not make a difference. Every phone number is different in the system. My suggestion is to pull your battery every so often.

i went into our account online and I saw that for texting to work on my phone I have to
To add the new feature(s) you selected, the following feature(s) will need to be removed:

Text Message - Opt Out


Can I do this online?
Or must I call cust. service? I don't want to click submit and then end up paying double....
