| It sounds like you don't have a Blackberry data plan, or as if AT&T doesn't have your account properly provisioned.
Assuming you do indeed have an authentic Blackberry data plan from AT&T, the first step is to pull the battery out while the Bold is on. This forces a reset but doesn't lose your info. This procedure fixes more little glitches than anything else.
Like jsconyers said, resending the service books is also a great troubleshooting step. |
