I have a user that has a 9000. The phone can send/receive email. I can send an email from the BB and it shows in the users Outlook Sent Items. Read status on messages operates bidirectionally. The only problem I am having is bi-directional deleting of mail. It is set properly in the the Options page....it just doesnt work. Any ideas?

You might try re-generating your "encryption key" ..generate it manually...click apply then change it back to automatically)

That worked for me in the past on my 8700 when I had the same issue.
