Default Issue with Mail Deletion

Please Login to Remove!

Just wiped my users 9000. Activated in our BES. Everything works fine except when I delete a message in Outlook it does not delete it from the BB. It does delete the message in Outlook if I delete it on the BB though. I confirmed that its set to Mailbox and Handheld in Email reconciliation.

Any ideas?

I had the same issue before and figured it out eventually...

Make sure that if you delete something in Outlook, you leave it in your MS Outlook "Deleted Items" folder long enough for it to sync with the BES. For some reason, the BlackBerry determines an item has been deleted from your inbox, sent items, etc. by seeing that it IS in the deleted items folder, rather than by seeing that it IS NOT in the original folder any longer. Makes no sense to me, but I guess that's how they roll up in Canada.
