How to evict the appearance of copied text within the BlackBerry Messenger

Exclamation How to evict the appearance of copied text within the BlackBerry Messenger

A high executive of the company where I work at is having some issues with the BlackBerry Messenger in his BlackBerry 9000 device. Apparently text that he has copied of past conversations keeps appearing each time he selects a contact within the BlackBerry Messenger and double clicks the wheel on he's BB Bold device.

The thing is that this "feature" has caused him the submission of erroneous and unintentional messages sent to his contacts. Is there a way where I could suppress the appearance of previously copied text within the BlackBerry Messenger? Any help given to resolve this matter is appreciated.

Do you mean the text he copied is still showing in the clipboard?

I doubt this is by design... but I suspect a battery pull with clear the clipboard.

A battery pull will clear the clipboard and probably correct the issue.

You can also clear the clipboard by going to Options > Security Options > Memory Cleaning = Enabled, highlight clipboad, menu key > Clean clipboard.
