I got my bold just today, and need to change the shortcuts on the hoem screen to point out to other applications ? How can I do That ?

Not sure what you want to do, but maybe you what to have another icons in the first row of the icons, so just press the blackberry button and select move, then move the icon with the trackball and press the trackball to drop it in the place you want

Thanks you , that is part of what I want, the other part is to remove the unwnated shortcuts for the homescreen, so I do not end by 2 lines of icons.

Any way, I tried the move operation but how can I take the icon 2 screens up fro example ?

you can only have 6 icons on the homescreen.

You do as jjmach instructed.
Click menu, this brings you to the icon screen. the top 6 icons are the ones that will appear on the home screen.
highlight an icon using the trackball. click menu-move. then move that icon to the top line. and click the trackball.
do this with the 6 icons you want on the homescreen.
