Default Disable Power Off Button - 05-18-2009, 12:38 AM

Hi,
I seem to have a problem where I accidently turn off or put into standby my BlackBerry Bold while it's in my pocket.

Even though the keypad is locked, it seems that holding down the Red power button will turn off the handset.

Is there a way to disable this?

A holster will disable that.

But no, there's not an option to disable the power down.

A holster is annoying because it's painful to have to keep sliding it in and out of that very narrow leather pouch :(
