Default Should Car charger from Curve 8310 work with Bold?

I have a car charger that I bought for my Curve and it doesn't seem to charge my Bold. Sometime the status light, turns green/amber even though the Bold is clearly only half charged. Do I need to buy a higher output charger for my Bold?

It should work perfectly fine. The several I had purchased for my 8700 and 8310 worked well for my Bold.

That is what I had loved about BlackBerrys, the chargers would work with any model, now that has changed for the 8900 and the 9500, so very sad.

do be sure to mind the trickle charging effect of the car charger though... prolonged use isnt such a good idea for the best battery life. perhaps a call or two if you're phone is about to die, but a regular recharge in the car isnt a good idea.

Kirrin - just get the mini to micro USB adapters. They are inexpensive and you can use the same chargers.
