Hi everyone.
I got a windows live account with gmail, which i normally use in my computer and blackberry device. Yesterday i changed the password due to the common spam problems of MSN and now I cannot connect anymore from my BB.
Using my computer I've got no problem and I can access regularly.
But when I try to connect from the BB, it says that email address or password are not correct. I tried 100 times and i even reset the device.

Try changing your password again, and don't reuse any symbols. I once used the "&" symbol in a password and had the same problem as you. After making a new password, all was well.

I did not use any symbols indeed.
I just use a combination of CAPITAL LETTERS numbers and small letters.
I would prefer don't change my password because it's my preferred one.

make sure you are typing the capital letters (using the shift key) and the numbers (using the alt key) properly.
I have a password with numbers, caps and small letters and have no problem.
make sure its entering them correctly.

I changed the password with a "smalllettersNUMBERS" and it worked but when I am online I don't have anymore my contacts. No contacts on line and no contacts off line!!!

Then I try again changing the password with the old one "CAPITALLETTERSnumberssmallletters" and I cannot connect again.
It says "email address or password not valid"

How can I uninstall Windows live messenger from the BB and then install it again?
