I recently had a problem with my blackberry bold and I had to do a soft reset on it. Once I restarted the blackberry, I noticed that I can no longer send personal email from the device. I receive emails just fine, but when I go to send an email off there is no "send" option. The device will only allow me to save the email as a draft.
Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.

When you set up your BlackBerry, you should have gone to the AT&T BlackBerry Setup site for BlackBerry Internet Service - BIS.
You need to go to that site - https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular - log in and find the option to Resend your service books. Service Books are the link between your BlackBerry and the RIM network.

I had someone at AT&T set up my BlackBerry. I don't know what my login should be. When I tried to set up an account it said there was already an account for this device and I have NO idea what my username or password are.

Call ATT, explain the situation and get them to reset the account.
