Welcome to the forums.

Press the menu key and select Get Images. Also, make sure you have HTML enabled in Options > General Options.

My Apologies.

Check Messages > Options > Email Settings > Enable HTML = Yes. Set this for all accounts on your device.

the option is between message service and confirm delivery.
if it isnt there, then thats quite strange.
Only thing I can think of is that if for example your provider of email is hotmail, then under options in hotmail, you have not enabled html there.
i think this also happens if your email provider does not allow html emails.

Are you receiving corporate email on the device? If so, the version BES that they're using my not support HTML. If it is personal email, such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc, the option should be there.

Hi,

It is not a corporate email, I am subscribed with my local carrier and all my personal email were added to the service book. Now , do you think the problem is with my carrier?

Thanks

I would try resending your service books and trying again:

I would try a battery pull. If that doesn't work, try deleting and re-dding the account.
