Please Login to Remove! I was not able to enable mass storage successfully even though under >Settings>Options>Memory>Mass Storage ON. So after looking around for a fix to this issue I found the following. Simply plug your BB and execute "BB storage Activation new.bat", wait for your BB to reboot. DONE!
