Unhappy BB9000 I dont have e-mail set up option & browser selection option.

I have just bought Blackberry 9000. but in set up i don't have option for email setup. and also in browser configuration i don't have option to select internet browser. how can i get this options.

Assuming you have a Blackberry Plan: call your carrier and tell them you need your service books "pushed" to you. If you have CDMA (with NO sim card) make sure they activate it on the network

If No Blackeberry plan: you cannot get the email setup. You will only be able to use the carriers browser (media net, tzones,etc) and the hotspot browser when using wifi

Default i dont have data plan

i m not subscribed to any data plan. but i checked with my carrier company and they told me your phone should be having e mail set up. and for browser i have only option of hotspot browser. i would like to have the option of internet browser also.

In order to have an Internet browser and e-mail you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan. Whoever you spoke to at your carrier was confused.
