Exclamation Problem tethering with bold

hey guys.. if anyone knows about this. recently ive been doing the regular procedure to tether with my bold. but now im getting and error message for some reason. im adding a print screen of the error. if anyone knows about it or how to solve it please let me know.
btw blackberry device manages its open.

Do you have the latest desktop manager software installed? I experienced an issue before where I needed to upgrade the software before I could get connected again.
