I am getting really frustrated now because everyone seems to get this error fixed but me

My PIN was input incorrectly (or so the BB says) 10 times

My BB was wiped now i have a constant error 'reload software 513'

Now I have tried to install the JLCommader thingy or whatever its called to swipe my machine but its not working

I have tried to install the software from the blackberry website 4 times and its not allowing me in install in onto the BB, I have checked its the correct version and its still not working

I have tried saving the handheld software after downloading and its not opening as my machine is not recognising the file now I have tried running the file and im still waiting for it to finish downloading

Any suggestions?
