Default An absolutely brilliant app idea (relating to 3g)

OK...how easy would this be to implement? Is it possible?

Something along the lines of qsms, where pressing q on your home screen will compose a new sms....

You set the app up to either
1)switch on/off the 3g radio ... so when you want to browse at 3g you can just switch it on, and conserve battery life the rest of the time.

2)a browser "container" program... so it switches on the 3g radio, and when the browser session ends the 3g radio is switched off again automagically.

How feasable is this? The first one doesnt sound like it would be very complex to code at all!

Says a guy with no coding experience whatsoever...

So is anybody hear a JDE coder? I'm sure it wouldn't take long to write 1)....though 2) would be infinitely more useful I reckon... you'd have to code in something to check if there's an active wifi connection too....

i posated my idea on another forum...turning on Bluetooth on different GPS locations. enter office...bluetooth is on for 30 minutes (do wireless sync or something). maybe choose of "keep the connection" or "turn of if you are leaving"
entering the park deck ...turn on and keep for car connect. @ home switch off all...
