Default media card cannot read

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

my bold suddenly cannot read my media card.
any one can help me on this?

First make sure Media Card Support is turned ON, in the Memory Options.

If you have recently updated your OS, that might be the reason. It could also mean that you may loose all the data you have on the media card unless you have a card reader that you can use to transfer the data off and then format the card using the device and then transfer the data back on, using a PC as the "go-between".

If you did not just update your OS, then I would try removing it from the device, doing a battery pull, wait till the device is up and running then put the card back in and see what happens.
