Default Custom ringtones while connected to PC

Please Login to Remove!

I usually charge my Bold through my PC since that's where I spend most of my time not sleeping. But since that disables Device Memory if I get a text or call while it's connected it plays the default sounds of Cingular Tone and whatever the SMS beep is. Is there a way to use my custom sounds I've uploaded to it even while connected? I was able to find a generic folder in the phones base memory that allowed you to put things, but I got weird errors like it would ring once, then not again even though the call was still trying to come through.

Wirelessly posted (at&t BlackBerry Bold 9000)

Turn off mass storage mode. When you have that turned on and connected to your computer, the memory card is not accessible.

Or, you could move the ringtone to the "Ringtones" folder on your device's memory.

I know I can turn off MSM, I'd just rather not if I cna help it.

And I do have the tones in the Ringotnes folder on Device Memory, but on the Bold Device Memory becomes unavailable when conencted to a PC due to MSM. I've tried putting it the main memory which is labeled System, but you can only drop files in the main system/ folder not any of the sub folders, and that's where it was before when it wasn't acting right.
