Default 1 week old bold, buttons not working, HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, i am new to the forum, tryed doing some searches but found no real solution. The green button, as well as the A button AND the track ball wont work as of today. I have had the phone for 1 week now with no real issues up untill now, is this a software problem? Or does my phone need replacing? Thanks in advance!

If you have not updated OS, then there is a defect. Just return it

Have you tried pulling the battery for about 30 seconds, with the device powered on?
