I Have A BB 9000 (BOLD) where BB Messenger used to work great but last week i lost my contact list and now i cant add anything or do anything with Messenger. Everything else work. Any suggestion?

If you're on a BES, then you need to ask your BES admin to check the peer-to-peer key on the BES server and also resend you the service books. If you're on BIS, you need to resend yourself the service books by logging into your BIS account and selecting that option.

Not sure you will be able to get back your contacts.

What if you have a backup? If you do a restore of a backup that may have been previously done, wouldn't that enable him to get his contacts back?
