| Photos for contacts and homepage Please Login to Remove! Hi
After i deleted all my photos from the bb (see other thread) i noticed that my homepage changed from the orange default page to the one which i previously selected, Sometimes when i select a photo for homepage and i do a battery pull or on and off it does come back with default, is this strange?
Also with facebook contact when i get an email from them their photo comes up, but is this meant to work with any contact who has a photos and sends an email and if so, is it meant to happen when they send a text or missed call?

| you see the photo (facebook or not) that is attached with a contact when they call, and when they email.
it is not part of sms/mms messages.

Sometimes its the small things that annoy me the most.
Has anyone noticed that to view photos you have come back out to view the next one, is there no was to just press next?

Marley | Have you tried using the N (for next) and P (for previous) keys? They work on my 8900 to scroll through the photos.

| Holy crap it works....
I never knew that.
I assumed like anyone would really, that you use the trackball for everything else, that going left or right would scroll the pics...

It does make it easier. I was using it for messages and decided to try for photos and it worked there too so I was happy.

| Here's a whole list that I got at work for messages. Maybe some of these will also be helpful. I think some or all of them may also be in the BlackberryFAQ Tips and Tricks. In The Message List
• ALT-i: Show only incoming mail
• ALT-o: Show only outgoing mail (sent messages)
• ALT-p: Show phone log messages
• ALT-s: Show SMS messages
• ALT-v: Show VoiceMail messages Navigation
• t: Go to the top of the message list
• b: Go to the end of the message list
• backspace: Close the message list and return to the home screen
• spacebar: Pagedown
• cap + spacebar: Pageup While In A Message
• enter or spacebar: Scroll down one page at a time
• ALT-enter or spacebar: Scroll back one page at a time
• b: Scroll to end of page
• t: Scroll to top of page
• u: Go to the closest unread message
• n: Go to the next message
• p: Go to the previous message Help Screen
Hold down the half moon ALT key, the CAP key, and then the letter 'h'. This displays the screen that lists version, pin, imei, uptime, signal strength, battery level, file free, and file total.
