Default Connector Specific Error

Please Login to Remove!

I have searched and tried every suggestion I could find on this site and others. Nothing seems to work. I am using the Bold with Desktop version 4.7 on my computer running Windows Vista Professional. I have attached a screenshot of my problem to help Identify it. Also, I am fairly computer competant but it seems like the help I've found before only got me part of the way there. For example, I created a log but I don't have the slightest idea what to do with it. It's like a hundred pages long. Do I have to read it until I find some error or corrupt file? Thanks in advance - Brian
