This I woke up and had myspace added to my app list and windows live messenger in my im list.

I know i did not add these, how can this happen???

Your carrier pushed them as service books (gotta love bloatware!) I hate it too! You can delete the service books but they will just come back. Just highlight the icon and press Menu>Hide.
