Hi, yesterday my director's Bold had some type of software corruption (i think the theme). Everytime we restart the device, this error comes up:
uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
I therefore got another Bold and did a device copy. All went well. Even the password worked.
This morning he is trying to unlock the device but it's getting incorrect password. He already tried it 5/10. He is on a BIS from our local Carrier GO. Is there a way i can reset this password without him losing anything?
