Go to Manage Connections > Service Status.
Under Mobile Network it should say 3G (with the BlackBerry Logo). Highlight the logo, press the Menu Key and select Copy.
From there, go into Options > Autotext. Create a new autotext entry and replace BBLOGO (or whatever you would like) with the BlackBerry logo image.
