Default Update Now on BlackBerry Bold with DTM

Please Login to Remove!

Each time users in my organization opens Desktop Manager with a BlackBerry Bold connected, we get a message saying "Application Updates Available - Updated versions of the applications listed below are available for your device" The applications listed that have updates are Documents to Go, Swedish Language Support, Danish Language Support and Norweigan Language Support. If we click Update Now or cancel this prompt still occurs every time we connect to Desktop Manager with a Bold. Is anyone else out there experiencing this problem? Anyone have an idea how to suppress that prompt? Its holding us up from deploying the Bold and DTM 4.7.

Yes almost all of us experiences it.
The way supposedly is to install DTM without the automatic updates, however, ive done that and it still pulls the OS info from the internet.
Only way is to unconnect internet and then launch DTM.

Or, just cancel the prompt and continue. It may take 30 seconds outta your day to do that, but there is no other way.
