Documents To Go came pre-installed with my new Bold.
When I first tried to use Word To Go, I got a prompt for an update of the software. I tried to update it, and it never worked.I don't even think I managed to register. Now, the Sheet to Go and Slideshow To Go icons vanished form the apps folder, and if I attempt to open Word To Go, I get the following error message:
Error starting WordToGo: Module 'DocsToGoCommon' not found.

Any ideas on how to get all this stuff back?

Also, please let me know if I posted this question on the wrong forum, I'd appreciate it if I could get sent to the right place?

The quickest way would be to download the new OS and install that, when doing so make sure the boxes are checked for Documents To Go for instalation. This being the newest OS will also give you the newest Doc To Go.

Thanks! I'd rather not go that way. I have a MAC, and I cannot do software upgrades that way.
I'd appreciate any other ideas. I just tried the DatVixz website thru the Browser, and it says my phone already has all the software installed. It's asking for my registration code, I don't know where to find it.

Unfortunatly this may be your only option. Its the only one I know of, but I am not the only BB Supporter here.

all you can do is remove from options - advanced - applications if it is still listed and then go back to dataviz to download. it then should recognise the software being there (as now it isnt) and hopefully will let you download it.
