I have a bold , and a monthly data plan on Vodafone, is there a way to measure what is consumed ( or left ) from this plan ?
Even wuith a special program like those of the GPRS on the window mobile phones ?

I know on att you can get online and check your useage. Maybe you can try that.

If your carrier doesn't provide the online facilities for you to check your traffic quota (most of them do) maybe you can give this a try MiniMoni - Traffic monitor for BlackBerry

I am only aware through your carrier. If they have.a wap site then its a seamless process.

get Mobile Data Alerter ... wayyyy better than MiniMoni since it actually tells you which type of data you are using (roaming, carrier, wi-fi) and monitors its usage.

MiniMoni isn't made for the Bold and it doesn't display properly because of it. That's why I use Mobile Data Alerter instead. http://mda.e-office.com

it doesnt "cost" anything to download, its via data.
