Default a few questions

hey,

I've just recently gotten my bb bold but when i have it in the OEM case (UK) i can't hear it ring for calls or sms, etc .. what settings do most people have?

Also, when i am connected to wireless does to connection go straight through my wireless or do i have choose?

is there anyway i can create/use other folders for SMS/Email?

finally does anyone know of any news readers that are free (preference in life) and UK based that doesn't happen to be the daily star and a sports application that doesn't cover MLA,MBA and american football ... i.e soccer mostly and athletics?

Grinning in anticipation of wonderful replies ;)

As far as the ringing, you need to go into your profiles and select "advanced". You can set each of your notifications the way you'd like.

For applications for news and information, try viigo. That is a popular one among people here.

I dont know of any way, and dont believe one exists, that allows you to create other folders for sms and email. I know on the AT&T Bold a standard SMS folder exists that separates SMS automatically from Email. Then, when you set up different email accounts they each get their own folder.

when in the browser, you should see at the top a black banner that has either 3G or wi-fi in it.
if you don't see it, then press U.
