Default BB only works on wifi

Please Login to Remove!

My Bold is currently only working on WiFi. When I turn WiFi off or go somewhere where it is not available, I'm not able to browse the internet, use my chat client, or receive emails. Texting and phone work fine.

I've resent the service books, soft reset and pulled the battery and none of these worked. Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I assume that you have a BB data plan?

When did it start? What were you doing just before it started?

Have you called ATT yet? If so what did they suggest?

Yes. I have a data plan...one of the most over-used data plans, probably.

I can't tell you what I was doing before it started, because I didn't notice it until I was away and when I came back to the house (to WiFi) emails started rolling in. I started troubleshooting then. It started sometime yesterday afternoon.

I don't call or visit ATT until I have fully exhausted all resources on my own.

Nope. I checked on the AT&T site. I have unlimited data and haven't hit the ceiling.

Side note: Is there a ceiling on AT&T unlimited data?

Try reregistering it. Settings-options-advanced options-host routing table-register now.
