I have read dozens of cases of this.
I have replaced my device 5 times- i have eliminated issues including:
battery- loose or bad
simm-
data card-
charger.

there is NO discernible pattern. It can happen while its sitting on the desk- in the middle of a text or email or in the middle of a conversation.

Does ANYONE have any good answers or solutions here? Even Blackberry and att dont recognize this issue.

You've had 5 devices? With the same problem?

The only thing that must be the same across 5 devices is what apps you have loaded.
