Default flash player

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, I've been a long time 88xx user but I upgraded to the bold just couple months ago, I have to say I love the phone.

I'm running the new 5.0.0.100 os a few glitches here and there but nothing major.

My question is, is there any type of flashplayer for bolds. I would like to stream radio over the bold, can this be done or not??

Thanks and great forum.

The search button appears to be broken again.

Why don't you use the radio apps such as Slacker, Pandora, iHeart Radio, etc?

What I did was download a free flv converter (surprisingly, it's called Free FLV Converter V 6.5.0 Tubefinder).
I download the vids/music to a laptop or PC and convert the .flv file to an .avi or .mp4, then load it on the BB using the Desktop Manager. I do suggest you let the Roxio program convert the .avi's and other files for optimal play on your Bold. That does improve the video and sound.

This won't stream, but downloading at your leisure doe result in better sound and video.

I'm still amazed the high quality sound these phones put out, especially with a decent set of head phones or plugs.

Good luck...
