Does anyone know how I can clear the Phone Hotlist? When I try to do a backup using DM it fails with an "Unkown Error" at the point where it is trying to back up the Hotlist. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are talking about the call log, you will have to delete each entry one by one. If the call log is not the hotlist can you explain what the phone hotlist is?

just because thats where it fails, doesnt mean thats whats causing the problem.
clear you browser cache/history/cookies etc first, then try.
this is the most common solution to errors in backing up.

Just in case, if you go via DM, under Backup/Restore, Advanced, you can remove the "Phone Hotlist" database. Unfortunately a hit and miss, and my personal experience, probably not the culprit of causing for you not to back up.

DM 5.0 has been very good for me to back up things, I haven't had any problems so far unlike previous editions which ended up in wiping the phone clean and essentially only importing my calendar database only ..address/contacts and I start from scratch.
