I tried using Desktop Manager to convert/copy an iTunes movie in m4v format to mp4 format but was not successful. Would someone please walk me through the process.

.m4v files are protected itunes video files. You can't view them on the bold. Only apple products. You could try removing the drm. Do a search on google.
