Rogers corporate user with BES

I have a mandatory corporate 14 line signature (inc. two blank lines). Whatever I do I cannot get my signature to appear automatically as intended. I have tried copying and pasting, manually typing into BB, editing via Desktop Manager, IT changing it on the BES...

If I write a new email my signature lines are displayed as follows:

However, if I forward an email my signature shows up as intended.

Any suggestions? We're stumped.

Try creating the signature in a memo and then copying it and pasting it into the auto-signature field. I've no idea if this is a problem Blackberries have but carriage returns can be problematic in MS word signatures so it doesn't hurt to try.

Can you try pasting it into notepad and then copying and pasting from notepad to your desktop manager?

Also is your bes of the latest version?

Berries can't yet produce rich/embedded html emails. I cannot recall at the moment if forward a email changes the email(html,rich, plain text)

I now know what the problem is but it's very strange.

The second line of my signature has 42 characters (inc. spaces). If I reduce it to 39 characters then everything wraps perfectly. 40 or more causes the following lines to wrap up. Line 5 is blank and it appears to stop the odd wrapping effect at that point.

Can somebody else give this a try please?
