My speakerphone/ringer speaker has stopped working altogether. My headset speaker works perfectly. Physically, are they the same speaker? I have tried headphones and the sound is perfect.

I have no idea why this happened. I dropped my Bold in water a while back, but the speaker only died out a month later. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if they are the same speaker, however, have tried adjusting the volume. Also try a battery pull for 30 seconds. If that does not work, try reloading your os or install the latest version if you haven't already.

I have tried adjusting the volume, numerous battery pulls and various other things. Reinstalling the OS is all that I haven't done. I guess I will give that a try.
