today i found out that my keypad is a bit different !!

Z & Y keys are switched!

if i want to change the keypad with other one how can i reprogram the BB?

you cant re-program the BB.

You can buy a newer keypad but i dont think theres any way to remap it?

there is NO way to remap the keyboard.

I'm sure you're probably used the keyboard by now, but you can't reprogram it.
