Default What does this icon/symbol mean? - 07-16-2009, 06:00 PM

It's a little yello globe/world symbol, with the number 1 beside it, at the top of the home screen, where you usually see envelope for messages or the blue BB symbol for a PIN message. I assume it's something to do with the browser, but I can't get rid of it....

I'm guessing WAP Browser Message. Go into the Message Folder>Menu>View Folder>WAP Push Message and read or delete it.

It might sound silly, but try a battery pull. Sometimes I get the message indicator with a 1 next to it and I know nothing is in any of my inboxes, so I end up pulling the battery and it goes away.

The little symbol is a reminder that you set. At one point you tryed to access a link on your web browser but your signal was out. Instead of clicking ok when it notified you that you didn't.have a signal you clicked on the linked to hold the page. It's just a reminder
