Default Searched, but no luck, need help with Chinese input!

Hello to all members on the boards, I'm a new blackberry user and I've been trying to figure out for several days, how to add Chinese inputs onto my Blackberry Bold.

I did searches on Google, on this forum, along with crackberry and howardforums with no luck. I followed links and instructions here :

Latest OS : Bold 9000 4.6.0.268/4.6.0.147 (English + MultiLanguage)

and downloaded the East Asia pack, installed it onto my computer, deleted the vendor.xml file, opened Desktop Manager, let it check for updates.. then...nothing. Absolutely nothing happens.

My phones current firmware is v4.5.0.282

What else should I do? I need to be able to view Traditional Chinese on my phone for my business. The phone was bought from Rogers, and now unlocked.

Thanks for all help, sorry to bring up the same topic over and over again, but searching did not find me an answer.
