I dropped my Bold into a tile floor last week, and it appears to have broken the display. The display was lit white and there was a faint vertical line down the middle of the screen. I shopped around for a display and found one in stock at PDA Repair World - A full line of RIM BlackBerry repair services and BlackBerry parts for all BlackBerry handheld devices. I just installed the new display this morning and it's still got a solid white screen. The backlight works like it should, and the phone still works; I'm getting email on it, taking pictures, etc. with nothing on the display. I provided bbrepairshop.com with the number on the back of the display because I read that there were multiple display models. They claim the one they sent is compatible, even though the number on the back is different than mine.

Ideas?

Update... I found the actual screen part number (002/004) and they did send the correct display. I'm guessing it's a board problem and not a display problem at this point.
