I use BIS to sync my INBOX (though all my subfolders in my IMAP account don't synchronise, but that doesn't matter to me at the moment) from my work account. Since we use CommuniGate Pro (a MAPI connector/pseudo Exchange wannabes) at the office, so we don't use BES.

Anyway, whenever I send an email, including replying, from within Outlook, my phone will vibrate, new message counter increments, causing me to get a lot of duplicates, because the actual message on the phone is what I am reply to, not my message I sent.

I don't think I noticed this with my personal POP3 accounts from Outlook that I use at home.

Is this a setting that corporate did somehow how it handles sent messages? It is driving me up the wall deleting these messages all day!

I can't think of anything else, dunno if it is a BB setting, or not, because I can't seem to find anything else on the matter.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, I was away on business.

Looking at the settings on my BIS mail account, it looks correct, it is just mail.domain.com. Nothing weird about it.

We don't use Exchange here, just CommuniGatePro which are wanna bes but with much less features.

Only difference between my account at work and my personal account on the BIS, is that work is IMAP while home is POP3, work uses SSL while home doesn't, and the work account syncs deleted messages while home doesn't.

I forgot to check at home if my personal account causes the duplicate messages or not.
