I am sitting at my desk doing work, I get notifies of an emial, same vibrate twice and the tone I chose. Then I get another notification except it was different tone. Then I check to see what it was, it was an email on the same account. I go to see maybe something happened to my profile settings and I see that everything just got reset to default. Then I had to go through all different modes and configure everything. Anybody know what happened? I am running os 4.6.0.282.

First of all, you probably should wait more than 5-6 hours overnight for an answer.

Now, just a thought, have you added or removed any software lately? Several apps are known to screw up profile settings as they are added or removed... things like the AP Newsreader, SmartAlerts...

I actually waited almost six hours for an answer, also, I did not install any of those because the the first email message came in as normal, then literally five minutes later (didn't do anything with my phone) another email comes with a different tone. I check out the profiles, and see that it reset itself.
