Default Calendar sync

Please Login to Remove!

I use my BB Bold to sync with MS Office outlook. It has worked well for several months but just recently I have changed email address. For a while I had both email addresses in the BB but now I have deleted the old one but it has caused the calender to be blank although both contacts and notes appear on both the BB and in Outlook. The problem seems to be that in the 'select calender' option I have the new address listed but where the old address was is now called 'Device Default' and all my calender appointments are on this option which will not sync with the outlook calendar.

How can I get the BB to sync with the Outlook calender please?

I have been through the advanced services - default services and both the CICAL and CMIME are set to the new email address

First off, go to calendar, options, then in capital letters type "RSET" without the quotes, then go to options, advanced, service books, delete all the cical service books. Now resend the service books of your new email account and sync the calendar of your new email account.

Hi there

How do you manage to

"Now resend the service books of your new email account and sync the calendar of your new email account. "

Thanks

Neil

Go to the BIS login page and resend the service books. Then just sync the calendar again.
