Is there anyway to purge the main memory of all information through the desktop manager? My screen no longer works and why I can't do it through the phone.

You can wipe using a command line thru the loader. The easier way would just be to dl jl_cmdr and use the wipe command.

Alternately, you can buy and replace the screen
