This account WAS on your BIS account? or were you on a BES before and no longer have access to this account?... your not very clear right now. SO it shows on the phone that you have the email account icon but the account is NOT associated with a BIS account. sounds like the service book for the email account was not removed.. So im going to have you REMOVE it manually.
Go to Options-Advanced options-Service book And find the email account that is showing up BUT not connected to a BIS. highlight this email account. Press the BlackBerry button to bring up the menu and select "delete" Do this for the "CICAL" and "CMIME" books... this will fix your problem.
