Emails not showing
I have 5 emails set up on my device, and with the main one, I get around 50 emails a day that are usually important. When I look at the account, I have 3 messages in there, and they are all old ones. I'm trying to figure out why these ones are in there, but not the ones I've been getting all morning. It's an annoyance to have to log into remote desktop and look at Windows Mail every time I need to go backwards.
So let me get it straight, you check your email on your pc and on the blackberry it shows that it hasn't been read or you check on you blackberry and the pc shows it as unread. Or am I missing something.
I can suggest you do 1 of 3 things or even all three...
1. Delete all the email accounts on your device by going in 'Service Book'.
Options> Advance Options> Service Book>
2. Sign into your Blackberry email client (BlackBerry Internet Service) and you can delete them from there as well.
3. Try re-sending the service books to your device.
