Default Data Plans

I just bought my wife a 8900, because the the 9000 was too big for her hands.
I have an HTC HD and I want to be able to switch from that phone and the 9000. I have the unlimited PDA enterprise from AT & T, once I switched to the 9000, I was not able to set-up email. what gives? I do have blackberry connect on my Winmo phone. The transition should be seamless and the fees are identically the same. Is there a way were I can set this up? I did go to BIS and sent the service books to the phone. but the email setup Icon is still missing?

The unlimited enterprise PDA plan is not the same as the BlackBerry Data Plan... you need to call ATT.

I don't know if your Winmo device will take the BlackBerry Data Plan. I know the BlackBerry device must have THE BlackBerry Data Plan.

I have a feeling the reverse will be true, as well.

Thank you JSanders for your reply. I will run up to my local AT & T and see what I can find out.

Yeah, without a blackberry data plan, you cannot do much on a blackberry, such as using email, bbm, the blackberry browser, etc.

Just found out from Howards forum, that I can use a BB unlimited plan on my Winmo phone without any problems, emails, active sync, browsing etc. Both plans are identically the same, Just need BB plan so I can setup my BIS and have service books sent to my phone.
