need some help, I switched over from curve 8300 to a bold two days ago , and after I used desktop manager to switch all my contacts I noticed that the weather and stocks icons are all messed up ... I have reset, resent service books, installed a new theme with new icons and nothing has seemed to work... I moved them to a different folder and the bb is working fine but its pissing me off cause i just got it. I did try searching any other ideas would be helpful thanks
well they are grey squares with a few pixels of colors... i wish i knew how to take a screen shot. I can move them around, they work and there is no other problem other than the appearance of them... but it still is a disappointment you know?

Are you sure they're not hidden with show all selected?

I would say just try reinstalling those apps.
Once at the OTA link for the apps, and clicked download, it will ask to replace it.
it will be the same version, but it may correct the issue with the icon.
