Application "hanging" in BB App World...
I have an application (Sudoku Lite) showing the message "starting Download" since several days... as per attached picture.
Tried to stop it, delete it, whatever, with no success. (actually none of those options appear when I press the BB Menu key). -- Of course rebooted, pulled the battery, etc...
Uninstalled BB AppWorld and reinstalled it to find it back...
Could find how to contact the software provider's help (they have not responded yet), but not BB for this.
I had a similar issue with another app and had to login to the paypal account first (so it syncs with the App World server) and then try to download - still took a few tries but it worked.
I'm having the same problem.
I have tried the sign in fix and it doesn't work.
Anyone have any other ideas?

Reinstall of the BlackBerry App World did not help.
Any ideas on how to fix?
My problem was however resolved "by accident", on the occasion of applying the latest OS version (126.96.36.1993/188.8.131.521).
Sounds like a lot to do for one, simply to get rid of this situation, but I know many of us may be willing to go through this process.
I have the same issue with an application that I purchased where App World is stuck on "completing purchase".
