Hey guys,

the speaker on my 9000 has been buzzing when I'm on a call. This used to only happen with the battery cover on (it would go away if i removed the battery cover -- not a good fix, but at least i knew where the issue was coming from), but now it's happening even without the battery cover on the phone.

any ideas why this is happening? any fixes?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Have you dropped it in water or something similar of that sort.

nope - this was a 'certified refurb' replacement for my 8310.

got a free Bold in place of a Curve, though, so I wasn't complaining.

i have seen some threads on something similar to this before, try doing a search either in google or in this forum. I personally do not know any fixes.

should I just call in for another replacement? Will AT&T allow that, after providing the 'upgraded replacement' the first time?
